Why it matters where you train

Why your PMP training provider matters

Only PMI Authorized Training Partners can deliver PMI's official instructor-led course content. That difference shows up in what you learn, what you receive, and whether your hours are accepted without question.

01

Official PMI content

You learn from the same PMI-developed curriculum built for the current exam — delivered through PMI's own Partner Platform, not a third-party summary of it.

02

Pre-approved PDUs

PDU claims made against a course delivered by an Authorized Training Partner are accepted by PMI automatically, without audit.

03

A badged instructor

Your instructor has completed PMI's Train-the-Trainer program and holds a current PMI instructor badge for this course. Verifiable, not claimed.

Starting in late Q4 2026, PMI will accept live PMP training hours only when the course is delivered by an Authorized Training Partner or an eligible accredited academic program. Hours earned in this course qualify now — and after that change takes effect.

Taught by a PMI-badged Authorized Instructor

Laquisha Milner, PMP®

PMI Authorized Instructor · M2 Business Group

Laquisha Milner is a business executive who helps organizations determine how they need to operate to achieve meaningful business outcomes. Her experience spans product, technology, operations, governance, and executive leadership across founder-led, high-growth, and complex organizations, giving her a practical perspective on how strategy becomes execution.

A PMI member since 2013 and PMP-certified since 2015, Laquisha has spent over fifteen years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives — putting into daily practice the disciplines this exam measures. She has already coached candidates through to a passing score. As a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor, she pairs PMI's official exam preparation with real-world executive experience, helping students sharpen the judgment the PMP tests and walk in ready to use it.

She has completed PMI's Train-the-Trainer program and holds a current PMI instructor badge for the PMP® Exam Prep course.

Tuition

Tuition

Tuition is $999 per seat through August 31. From September 1 it is $1,295. There is nothing to pay on this page — we invoice you after you register.

September 2026 cohort
$999 $1,295
Through August 31  ·  then $1,295

No payment on this site. We invoice you after you register.
Your seat is confirmed when the invoice is paid in full.
One price, all in — no deposit, no payment plan.

How registration works

  1. Complete the form below. This does not charge you anything and does not ask for card details.
  2. We email you an invoice within one business day, payable by card or bank transfer. Employer paying? Say so on the form and we'll include a W-9.
  3. Your seat is confirmed when the invoice is paid in full. Seats are capped at 14 and confirmed in the order payment is received.
  4. Registration closes September 10, or earlier if the cohort fills. Full refund available through August 28 — see our policy below.

The PMP exam fee is paid directly to PMI and is not included in tuition. PMI membership typically reduces that fee by more than the cost of membership — check current pricing at pmi.org.

Registration

Reserve your seat

Why we ask for your PMI.org email: your course is delivered through PMI's Partner Platform and tied to your PMI account. A mismatched email is the most common reason a student can't get in on day one. Don't have an account? It's free to create at pmi.org.
If you don't have a PMI.org account yet, use your preferred email and create a free account before class.
If yes, we'll send an invoice and W-9 with your confirmation.
Questions

Before you register

Am I eligible to take the PMP?

The PMP requires documented project leadership experience in addition to the 35 education hours, and how much depends on your level of education. Confirm the current requirements at pmi.org before enrolling.

We can explain the requirements and help you interpret them against your own background. PMI requires that you write your own experience descriptions on the application.

Is the exam fee included?

No. The PMP exam fee is paid directly to PMI when you apply, and it isn't part of tuition. PMI membership generally reduces the exam fee by more than membership costs, so it's worth joining before you register for the exam. Check current pricing at pmi.org.

What if I have to miss a session?

PMI requires live attendance for these hours to count, and sessions are not recorded. If you know in advance that you'll miss a day, talk to us before you register — the next cohort may be a better fit.

Do I need to buy anything else?

No. Everything you need is included in tuition — official PMI course materials and PMI's official practice exam, delivered to your PMI account.

Will I pass the exam?

We can't promise that, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we can tell you is that you'll finish with all 35 required contact hours, official PMI course materials, PMI's own practice exam, and a clear plan for submitting your application and scheduling your exam.

How do I pay?

Not on this website. Once you register we email you an invoice, payable by card or bank transfer. Tuition is paid in full up front — there is no deposit and no payment plan. Your seat is confirmed when the invoice is paid, and seats go in the order payment arrives.

Registration closes September 10, but the cohort is capped at 14 and may fill sooner. Tuition is $999 through August 31 and $1,295 from September 1.

Can you train my whole team?

Yes. For groups of six or more we run a private cohort — PMP or CAPM, delivered live online or on-site, scheduled around your team's calendar rather than ours. Everyone still receives official PMI course materials and PMI's official practice exam, and the hours count the same.

Email connect@m2businessgroup.com with how many people, which certification, and roughly when — we'll come back with dates and a quote.

How do I get my certificate of completion?

PMI issues it through your PMI account once you complete a short end-of-course knowledge check. You need 80% to pass and you get unlimited attempts.

We'll remind you before the course ends and again afterward. Don't skip it — the certificate is what evidences your 35 contact hours if PMI audits your application.

What if I need to cancel?

Through August 28 you get everything back. Between August 29 and September 3 it's a 50% refund, or you move the full amount to a later cohort.

From September 4 we can't refund, but you don't lose your money — the full amount carries to a later cohort for 90 days. Email us and we'll sort it out.

Can my employer pay?

Yes, and many do. Indicate it on the registration form and we'll send an invoice, W-9, or a formal quote — whatever your finance or L&D team needs. If several people at your organization are pursuing the PMP, ask about group rates and private cohorts.

Not sure how to ask? We've written the request for you — see the sample email below.

Funding

Ask your employer to cover it

Most companies have a professional development budget and it often goes unspent. The request usually succeeds when it's framed around what the organization gets — not what you get. Here are the four points that tend to land, and an email you can send today.

Training more than one person? We run private cohorts for groups of six or more — PMP or CAPM, live online or on-site — scheduled around your team's calendar. Email connect@m2businessgroup.com and tell us how many people and roughly when.

It's a capability investment, not a perk

The PMP® is the most widely recognized project management credential. Training a team member in a common framework means clearer status reporting, better risk identification, and fewer projects that quietly slip.

The window is closing

From late Q4 2026, PMI accepts live PMP training hours only from an Authorized Training Partner or an eligible accredited academic program. Funding it now avoids a narrower and likely more expensive market later.

Zero disruption to work

Sessions run Friday evening and two weekends. No PTO, no missed deadlines, no coverage to arrange. The company funds the training and loses no working hours.

Verifiable quality

Official PMI course content delivered by an Authorized Training Partner, taught by a PMI-badged instructor. Both credentials are independently verifiable — useful for anyone who has to justify the spend.

We've written the request for you.
A ready-to-send email making the business case to your manager.

Need an invoice, W-9, or a formal quote before your manager can approve? Email connect@m2businessgroup.com and we'll send it the same business day.

Cancellation & refunds

Our policy

One price, paid up front. If your plans change, what you get back depends on how much notice you give us — and past a certain point you don't lose your money, you move it to another cohort.

How your seat is held

There is no deposit. Registering on this page costs nothing and commits you to nothing — it puts you in line. We then send an invoice, and your seat is confirmed when that invoice is paid in full. Seats are capped at 14 and confirmed in the order payment is received, so registering early does not hold a place on its own.

Tuition is $999 through August 31 and $1,295 from September 1. The rate that applies is the one in effect on the day your payment is received.

If you need to cancel

Email connect@m2businessgroup.com. The date we receive it is the date that counts.

Through August 28 Full refund
August 29September 3 50% refund, or move 100% to a later cohort
From September 4 No refund — full value moves to a later cohort, good 90 days
The detail behind each of those
  • The transfer credit is good for 90 days (through December 10). If we don't run a cohort inside that window, we refund you in full.
  • If your invoice goes unpaid — nothing happens and you owe nothing. Your seat simply isn't held and may go to someone else. We'll email you first.
  • If you simply don't show up — no refund and no transfer. Sessions are live and are not recorded, because PMI requires live attendance for contact hours to count. If something comes up, tell us before the session — we would far rather move you than lose you.
  • If we have to cancel or reschedule — full refund of everything you've paid, or first seat in the next cohort. Your choice, no conditions, no time limit.

Questions or concerns

Email connect@m2businessgroup.com. We respond within one business day and will work with you toward a resolution. If your circumstances are exceptional, tell us — we would rather find a way to get you into a future cohort than leave you with nothing.
